[Bug]: Calckey treats followers-only posts from Friendica and possibly others as mass DMs

### What happened?
1. A friend who is running Friendica posted a followers-only post. I am following them from Mastodon.
2. A reply to this post from a person who I **don’t** follow, ended up in my direct messages.
